About Manisha
A proven leader dedicated to serving our community
I moved to Fremont more than 23 years ago and have built my family in Mission and South Fremont. For nearly two decades, I worked in Silicon Valley as an IT professional, gaining strong problem-solving and leadership skills. While technology shaped my professional career, my heart has always been in public service and the well-being of people.
I have dedicated my work to mental health and community wellness and founded a nonprofit organization that supports the education of underprivileged girls in low-resource, remote areas. Coming from a humble background, I understand the everyday challenges faced by families with limited resources.
Through my nonprofit and community work, I have helped create a supportive space where people can find a sense of family away from home and reach out for help when they need it most. I believe in listening first, understanding real community needs, and working collaboratively to build a stronger, safer, and more connected Mission and South Fremont.
